| Steve Fulton Chief Technical Officer, co-founder Steve is a pioneer in the design of modern navigation procedures. As a technical pilot at Alaska Airlines he helped them develop the first RNP RNAV procedure in the World. He was a principal author of RNP RNAV criteria contained in Appendix 5 of the FAA’s Advisory Circular 120-29A. Prior to Alaska, Steve was an avionics engineer and development pilot for Honeywell. Steve is a FAA Flight Test Pilot Designated Engineering Representative and earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds two US patents. | | Dan Gerrity Chief Executive Officer, co-founder Dan has extensive experience in building, funding and leading technology-oriented companies. Prior to Naverus he was CEO of publicly-traded Coinstar and a founder of two other technology companies. At Stanford University Dan earned a BS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Computer Systems and a MBA. Dan holds twelve US and international patents. | 
| Stew Chapin Stew Chapin has over 20 years of experience in technology marketing and product management with a broad range of companies, from Fortune 100 companies to several start-ups. His previous roles include Senior Vice-President at Activate, a digital media startup, Vice-President of Product Development at McCaw Celluar/AT&T Wireless, and Group Product Manager at Microsoft. His earlier careers included management consulting with Arthur D. Little, and applications software development for several companies. He earned a BA from Dartmouth College and a MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business. | |  | Adam Grosser
A member of the Foundation Capital team, Adam brings substantial experience and true passion for startups to the Naverus board of directors. Prior to joining Foundation Capital, Adam was president of Excite@Home's 1400-person Subscriber Networks division. He was co-founder, President and CEO of Catapult Entertainment from inception through its merger with Mpath and subsequent IPO. Before his startup life, Adam worked inside technology innovators Apple Computer, Lucasfilm, and Sony in engineering and management. Adam holds BAS, MS and MBA degrees from Stanford University, lectures at the UCLA School of Film and Television and contributes to National Public Radio's Marketplace. |  | Bob Kudwa Bob draws on 36 years as a civilian and military pilot. He incorporated his aviation consulting firm, Kudwa & Associates, in 2003 after retiring from American Airlines as Vice President, Flight and Director of Operations. The 30-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps served his majority as a Fighter Pilot, retiring as a Colonel in 1998. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, Bob also received a Masters of Science in Aerospace Safety and Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He currently serves his community as Commissioner to the Colorado Springs Airport Advisory Board.
