Dan holds twelve US and international patents. | | .jpg) | Steve Fulton Chief Technical Officer, co-founder Steve is a pioneer in the design of modern navigation procedures. As a technical pilot at Alaska Airlines he helped them develop the first RNP RNAV procedure in the World. He was a principal author of RNP RNAV criteria contained in Appendix 5 of the FAA’s Advisory Circular 120-29A. Prior to Alaska, Steve was an avionics engineer and development pilot for Honeywell. Steve is a FAA Flight Test Pilot Designated Engineering Representative and earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds two US patents. | |  | Hal Andersen Chief Technical Advisor, co-founder Hal is a leading authority on the development, implementation and regulatory approval of air-carrier-based RNP operations. As a technical pilot with Alaska Airlines, he led the process of putting some of the world's first RNP procedures into revenue service, developing flight crew training and procedures as well as the navigation data monitoring program. He contributes expertise to industry standards bodies and rule-making committees and has over 10,000 hours of flight experience in more than 20 types of aircraft. Hal holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and holds a patent for RNP procedure design processes. | |  | Steve Forte Chief Operating Officer Steve is a 30-year aviation operations veteran with extensive experience leading complex organizations. He was most recently Senior Vice President—Flight Operations for United Airlines. As former Chairman of the IATA Operations Council and the ATA Operations Committee, he has worked closely with airlines, manufacturers and regulators on a variety of industry issues. Steve is also an experienced pilot with over 14,000 hours and is type rated on numerous Boeing and Airbus jets. He holds a BA in Journalism and an MBA, both from the University of Arizona. | |  | Dottie Hall Chief Marketing Officer Dottie brings more than 30 years experience in aviation and high-tech marketing to Naverus, where she is responsible for global marketing and communications strategy. Previously, she served as the founding VP of Marketing for Eclipse Aviation, establishing the company as the leader in the emerging very light jet market. She was co-founder and VP Marketing for Slate Corp. and she has also held marketing management positions with Microsoft and Symantec. Dottie has owned and managed the touring operations of vintage aircraft including a 1950's era Lockheed Constellation. She holds a BA in Journalism from Georgia State University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. |  | Carol Brickner Vice President of Employee Engagement Carol manages the human resources function at Naverus and has over 20 years of experience in large, dynamic companies as well as start-up and growth organizations in the Entertainment, Media, and Commercial Airlines and Internet industries. Carol is a strategic, future-focused HR leader who utilizes HR best practices in talent acquisition, performance management and culture building. Carol earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in International Relations.

As the VP of Systems Mike provides strategic direction and management of all information systems and is responsible for making information technology a sustainable competitive advantage for the company. His work experience includes management positions at Coinstar, Inc., Snohomish Public Utility District, and U.S. Bancorp. Mike graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration. | |

| David Hathaway Vice President of Business Development David recognizes that evaluation, education and communication, are critical to the successful implementation of modern navigation procedures. With over 10,000 hour as a line pilot David has been involved with policy planning and procedure development for both training and standards. Prior to joining Naverus, David held a senior flight technical pilot position as Manager of Operational Performance and Emerging Technologies for WestJet Airlines. Currently, David holds his two little girls as often as possible. |  | Naveen Rao Vice President & General Counsel Naveen Rao brings his experience as an attorney at the Office of the Chief Counsel, FAA where he worked on a variety of aviation safety regulation related to flight operations, maintenance, and aircraft certification. Most recently he was Counselor to the Assistant Secretary of Transportation for Aviation & International Affairs at the U.S. DOT. He has served as an advisor to a political appointee heading an office with responsibilities for formulation and implementation of U.S. aviation policy. He is a graduate of University of Louisville with a BA in Economics and earned a JD and MBA from the University of Arizona. He is also an alumni of the Mike Mansfield Fellowship. Naveen has his private pilots’ license. |

| Elbert Stockberger Vice President of Project & Portfolio Management Elbert brings more than 15 years of systems program management experience to his role as Vice President of Project and Portfolio Management. Elbert leads the Project Management Office at Naverus, providing project & portfolio management services and fostering company-wide competency in project, program and portfolio management. Prior to joining Naverus, he was a Senior Project Manager at Coinstar,contributing to a tenfold expansion of that company's staff and capabilities. Elbert received a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2003. |  | Becky Todd Vice President of Finance & Administration Becky draws from 15 years of finance and administration experience with dynamic, fast-growing companies. One of the first twelve employees at Naverus, she helped to build the corporate infrastructure and financial systems. Becky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Emphasis on Finance and Accounting degree from the University of Washington | .jpg) | Sergio von Borries Vice President, Strategic Development Sergio von Borries returns to the Naverus Executive team as Vice President of Strategic Development after three years away as an independent Executive Consultant in aerospace, high technology and venture capital domains, and as the Vice President of Business Development and Boeing Business with Thales Aerospace – USA. He also held increasing levels of responsibility in management roles with Honeywell Aerospace, AlliedSignal, GEC Marconi, Matsushita Avionics Systems, and Sundstrand TransCom. Sergio is an active Instruments-Rated Commercial Pilot and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt who has worked and lived abroad. He is an Aeronautics Graduate of Utah State Univ. and speaks several languages.
|  | John Winter Vice President of Operations John is a 32 year veteran of the aviation industry. During his career he has worked in both maintenance and flight operations. Most recently he was Managing Director of Flight Standards and Training for United Airlines, while in this position he was responsible for pilot, dispatcher and line maintenance training along with flight standards and technology. He has been a representative to the ATA operations council and worked on numerous industry issue's working closely with regulators, manufacturers and airlines. He brings over 12,000 hours of experience and type ratings in numerous Boeing aircraft. |
