| The Marketing Communications Manager candidate will work to strengthen Naverus’ position as the industry leader in Required Navigation Performance (RNP). The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including market research/ positioning, and product presentation. This individual will also work closely with Business Devleopment and the Client Solutions team. Responsibilities include: - With the Director of Marketing Communications, develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, both short and long term, leveraging product lines to help develop the Naverus brand and achieve revenue objectives of the organization.
- With the Director of Marketing and Client Solutions team, establish strategic product marketing plans to achieve management objectives for products and services.
- Facilitate the saales process and maximize revenue
- Evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors and analyzes competitive products and marketing activities
- Coordinates with the benefit validation function in Naverus.
- Guides preparation of product marketing activity reports.
- Assisting in pre-sales support activities
- Develops content for relevant world-class collateral materials
- Assist in content creation for Naverus web sites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field.
- 4-6 years experience within the aviation or navigation related industries.
- 4-6 years of marketing and product management experience.
- Knowledge of product marketing and the product life-cycle.
- Proven ability to develop and implement product plans.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
